Children join Barbie as Swan Lake's Odette, who, along with Lila the unicorn, must work to breakan enchanted spell. It seems that all the beauty has disappeared from the lake and forest, andonly magic wands will restore order. Children will search for the ingredients to make magicwands, which in turn they'll use to paint the beauty back into the land. This is a verysatisfying task, as kids watch their actions create lovely enchanted scenery. As they proceedthrough the program, children will also help the creatures of the forest solve puzzles and playunusual games. One of our favorites was the firefly catching game where the bugs have to becoaxed into a jar before they escape. This proves to be tricky and fun. In sum, this is a simple,compelling program.
